Our Journey
Pune, 2012. This is where our story begins, with the vision of a vibrant architect Ar Gourav Athanikar, renowned for his global architectural design experience and unwavering commitment to sustainability. Driven by a deep passion for creating spaces that harmonize with the environment, Ar Gourav set out on a mission to redefine the future of sustainable development.
Early Successes and Building a Foundation: Under Master architect Gourav’s leadership, the organization thrived. Projects like Veda Prive, Veda Prive II, Ayush Park, and many others showcased our expertise in crafting exceptional residential spaces, catering to both luxury and affordability while incorporating thoughtful design principles based on sustainability principles.

The year 2013 marked a pivotal point in the organization’s journey. The arrival of Ar. Gouri, a seasoned green building expert with a wealth of global experience, brought a new dimension to our services

Developing green building policies and codes: She played a crucial role in establishing frameworks for sustainable construction standards and mandatory codes for Colombia(Latin America), Jakarta & Indonesia while working as associate with M/s Ecumene Habitat Solutions pvt Ltd.

A Green Building Certification Powerhouse: Gouri’s experience streamlined the process of navigating various Green building certification systems, empowering clients to pursue sustainable practices complying to Global Green building certification rating system such as LEED, EDGE as well as National rating system such as GRIHA, IGBC, GEM, GHAR etc.
